get the picture in the screen, make sure nothing is obstructing it. click the button, PrtSc on your keyboard, its usually on the top right-ish, and sometime it has different letters, once you clicked it, open paint, go to edit, then click paste, or use the Ctrl + V. then just crop the picture and save it. Thats the easiest i can do.

hey man nice to hear from you. as i am typing this i am taking and ice 'bath'. i just finished my sunday run and i ran 47 miles this week, the next one is 52. im healthy and doing great. i hope i can stay injury free, i am taking care of myself and im excited.

"don't let people get you down", i agree. i'm going to be a senior this year and i'm training my ass off to win the league. your videos are pretty sick! the whole time i was watching your video i was thinking how similarly we think..."screw that, i'm starting at the front"...and "shit! (look at the finishing clock)"

well this is kinda of a long story but ill start from the top. im 14 and when i was 10 i started running and i ran SOO many 5k then i started running longer and longer... by the time i was 13 i got up to half marathons and then i joined this running club and the coach didnt want me to run that long because of injury... and now i just run anything between 6miles to 800m.. haha thats pretty much it. but considering i was 13 when i started running half marathons id say im doing an excellent job!! btw my pr for the half marathon is 1:58:42

not exactly sure.. i run for USATF so that might be why... also i can run a 21:14 5k... but once crosscountry season starts for me ill be running under 20... btw how did your race go??
