life can be really simple and loving ,but we are making them complicated.

we are creating out life by our belifs.

if you want to live a good life and to love yourself and accept yourself you need to check with yourself why do you afraid to live a good life.

becouse we dont fear from the dark, we fear of the light, our ego love to be sad,depressed,angry mad and so...
but to love and be happy he is scares becoue it is jeopardize his existence .

we got used to live life from fear then we are afraid to live life from love.

so we need to change from the inside.
